Set Logging
SupportWindow allows you to keep a log of support sessions. Because each connecting component transmits it's unique identifier as well as site code. You can log session times and create simple Log Reports.
Click Setup/Logging to toggle logging on and off. A check next to "Logging" means Logging is enabled. On the top right main display panel, the current setting for Logging is also displayed.
